The breakthrough book "The Healing Power of the Drum" explores how the hand drum is being used for health and wellness, including anecdotes and information from music therapists, researchers, drum circle facilitators and non-drummers who have experienced the numerous health benefits of drumming.
 
"Scat Cards" are great icebreakers and warm-up activities for team building, drum circle facilitators and educators. The scat cards are a laminated deck of 35 cards with a different scat phrase on each card. Each Scat Card includes a specific rhythmic phrase using nonsensical words. These colorful and laminated cards will induce laughter, create team spirit and begin the process of recognition of each person's inner drummer. 
 
"Inner Flight" is a very popular guided relaxation tape in which Robert Lawrence Friedman will gently guide you into a deeply relaxing state while a music therapist provides relaxing music in the background. It is currently provided to all health care employees of the Saint Barnabas Health Care System and the New York Health and Hospital Corporation's hospitals.
